Sinfonietta (1955)

Sinfonietta for Brass Sextet was written for the CBSO Brass Ensemble and completed in January 1955 and performed on July 25, 1956 in Birmingham Town Hall.
The Philip Jones Brass Ensemble performed the Sinfonietta at the Thun Festival in Switzerland in 1984.

Preformance Note: Mutes are required by all players during the performance of this piece.
