Pas de Quatre was commissioned by the Painswick Music Society, completed in August 1980, and played at one of the Society’s concerts by the Darius Ensemble, a Gloucestershire based group.
Scored for Flute, Oboe, Clarinet in Bb and Bassoon.
The editor of this series of works by Mary Chandler is Dr. Kristin Leitterman, who has kindly supplied sample facsimiles of Mary Chandler’s manuscript.
