Have Oboe, Will Travel builds on the success of World Jazz Tour, a set of songs from different countries written for the piano in jazzy style by Richard Kershaw. But unlike before, the musical themes are Richard’s own, inspired by characteristic dance rhythms from five different countries.

There are no extreme high or low notes, but they do require a good feel for syncopation. All five dances are delightful and the collection provides enjoyable and distinctive music for teaching use. Five dances, in various national styles, for oboe and piano.
