Dreamweavers opens, depicting the city’s former cotton industry, with its links to Calcutta referenced later in Raga & Jigs.
A King Undercover tells of the bravery of William Couttie, a local butcher, who helped protect King James V from robbers.
Beefcan Alley strikes a boisterous, kicking-the-can mood, contrasted with a calmer marine scene in the finale, Passage to the Shore.
