Amy Hunt is a highly skilled saxophonist and accomplished woodwind doubler whose versatility spans the full family of flutes, clarinets, and saxophones. A recent graduate of the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, she is an active collaborator with contemporary composers and a committed advocate for new music.

Deeply passionate about musical theatre, Amy is establishing a strong presence in pit orchestras. Her theatre credits so far include Gypsy, Beauty and the Beast, Guys and Dolls, and The Great British Bake Off Musical. As a producer, she staged The First 8, a new musical celebrating the first women to fly for the ATA during WWII.

Beyond the theatre world, Amy has performed with the Romantic Revival Orchestra, and toured internationally with Joe Broughton’s Folk Ensemble.
