Dongyang Yu graduated from the Royal College of Music, London, and was awarded a Master of Education in Music with distinction. Since 2017, he has been working as the executive secretary in the European Piano Teachers Association, China Associates. In 2019, he collaborated with Mark Tanner at the University of Chichester in the UK and translated a five-day summer school course. At the same time, he also participated in the translation and proofreading of Mark’s other works, The Mindful Pianist and The Advanced Pianist (Books 1 and 2).
